We own and operate our own fleet of Mercedes vehicles, which ensures we can implement our Health, Hygiene & Safety Policy.
The vehicle will be deep cleaned and disinfected thoroughly between each tour and all key touch points will be sanitised throughout your tour.
Your Driver Guide will wear a mask at all times in the vehicle and refrain from offering physical greetings to guests, in order to maintain physical distancing.
At this time we must ask our guest not sit in front seats of the vehicle beside the Driver Guide as we must ensure that Government Public Health advice on physical distancing is adhered to by reviewing the seating on each vehicle for each small group tour.
As our modern fleet has air-conditioning systems we are able to ensure that air within the cabin will not be re-circulate. Should they passengers can open vehicle windows, weather permitting.
We provide hand sanitisers and wipes for all our guests in our vehicles which our Driver Guides will be supplying on entry each time.
Following consultation with the National Transport Authority and the Chauffeur Drive Association of Ireland, we have not installed sneeze barriers between the passenger and the Driver Guide. As we specialise in Small Group Tours, our Limo saloons, MPVs and coaches enable extended physical distancing between driver and guests.
Our Driver Guides will log all journey stops and contacts on our guest’s behalf during touring while with them. We will also ensure our guests do not spend prolonged periods of time on board the vehicle.
Driver guides will ensure they adequately wash their hands before and after handling luggage.
When guiding on-sites at any of the attractions, our Driver Guides will implement social distancing rules with all guests and other members of the public.
If you have travelled to Ireland from a country that is not on the Ireland’s Covid-19 Green List, we ask that you have restricted your movements for 14 days prior to touring with us.
